We had a spell of pretty decent weather this past week or so, signalling the beginning of spring (I hope). The longer daylight hours and lack of rain means that I can take Susannah outside to play after picking her up at daycare each day. This is much more fun than dashing home trying to beat the rain! We almost always go to either the playground or one of the many duck ponds in Golden Gate Park (GG park has tons of artificial lakes, and all of them have year-round resident ducks). Susannah's fondness for ducks is unparalleled. Every day, she greets them with "Hi, Ducks!" while giggling at their antics. It's pretty cute.
It is amazing how fun a simple outing with Susannah can be. On Thursday (when these pictures were taken), all we did was go to the pond, look at the ducks, toss some stones into the water and hear them go "plunk", but at this age everything is new and exciting. I posted a few pictures of her recent adventures - enjoy!
